I stumbled across this Greek word a few years ago and it has stuck with me ever since. It is thought to be untranslatable but in essence it is a word meant to describe the feeling of deep love towards something and pouring your heart ans soul into that something. It can be a form of art, a sport or even the most mundane activity like making a cup of tea. It’s a form of expression of the soul. It’s when ulterior motives and judgments fade, your mind quiets and the soul takes over.
